Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Nails techinician / Lashes / Beauty therapies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong experiences in treatments and services, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Social Media skills is preferred.

Duties

Perform a range of Nails& Beauty treatments including gel, biab, drill filing, manicures, and pedicures, brow & Lash wax. & tint, (Lash extention would be even better)
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and stored properly.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.

Skills

Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to listen actively to clients' needs and provide tailored advice.
A keen eye for detail and creativity in delivering beauty services.
Previous experience in a beauty salon or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
