Testing of all laboratory samples including raw materials, in-process, finished products,
To carry out Validation, stability study of finished product (as per written procedure or as per pharmacopoeia).
Ensuring all cGMP/GLP requirements are strictly adhered to and that SOP’s are always followed
Recording of analytical results accurately.
Operation, maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments like pH meter, balances, Dissolution
Maintaining usage of laboratory chemicals and keeping records.
Ensuring that the laboratory is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times.
Report any non-conformance, instrument malfunction, accident or other abnormal occurrence to immediate superior.
Verify analytical data and carryout documentation as required
Participate in internal audits of GMP.
Ensuring training record is kept up to date.
Maintaining the good documentation in the quality control department
Reporting of Out of specification, Deviation and incidents in the laboratory to manager.
Support in daily routine analysis and adhere to GMP at all times.
Handling of samples as per procedure
Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
Preparation of SOPs and Operating instructions
Hands on HPLC, UV, IR and Dissolution is must
