Experienced Barber

Join Our Growing Team!

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Barber to join our busy, friendly salon.

If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding barbering services, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and want to be part of an exciting salon with ambitious plans for the future, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering high-quality barbering services, including:
Skin fades
Taper fades
Scissor cutting
Beard shaping and grooming.
Providing personalised consultations and recommending styles to suit each client.
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience.
Recommending and retailing professional products where appropriate (with commission rewards available).
Supporting the team and maintaining the high standards of the salon.
Keeping your workstation clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years’ salon experience (post qualification).
Excellent barbering skills with confidence in fades, tapering and scissor work.
Professional, reliable and well-presented.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well within a busy team environment.
Barbering qualification or recognised in-salon training.
