Full job description

Job Duties:

· Processing jobs on our custom computer software

· Raising delivery dockets and providing addresses

· Meeting and greeting guests at reception

· Providing accounts support with Purchase orders and documenting information on spreadsheets

· Printing and Laminating Large A0 Size Drawings

· Providing administrative support to manager and employees wherever possible

· Monitoring office stock and general administrative duties

Experience: The ideal candidate must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel. The applicant should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise their work. Can demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
