Overview

Join our dynamic security team as a Mobile Patrol Security Officer, where your vigilance and proactive approach will safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this energetic role, you will patrol designated areas using company vehicles or on foot, ensuring the safety and security of the premises around the clock. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to loss prevention will help maintain a secure environment, while your ability to respond swiftly to incidents will keep everyone protected. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact through active surveillance and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular mobile patrols of assigned sites to monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches
Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with emergency services as needed
Perform routine inspections of access points, fences, gates, and security equipment to ensure no entry of unauthorised personel.
Complete detailed reports documenting patrol activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes, this is done elecronically.
Assist with first aid procedures when necessary, providing support until emergency responders arrive
Ability to conduct thorough inspections and maintain high attention to detail during patrols
Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally
Basic first aid certification to provide initial assistance in emergencies
Physical stamina and mobility to perform continuous patrols on foot or in a vehicle
Locks/unlocks and patrol of perimeter and premises form a major part of this role.

We operate a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, availabilty to cover staff absence a bonus.

MUST HOLD A VALID SIA LICENCE AND BE OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.

Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
