The Role

The Facilities Management team are responsible around 80 corporate buildings and other lands and premises. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management and Capital Projects, your role will be to efficiently manage all aspects of soft services (including but not limited to building management, cleaning, caretaking, events management and food & beverage operations).
The role includes management and co-ordination of appropriate staff resources as required including internal teams and contracted service providers, FM budgets and contracts as required to deliver to defined FM service levels and performance standards, including performance reviews, audit and action to address underperformance.
About You
You will be responsible for a team of departmental managers overseeing specific areas of soft services so the ability to manage, motivate and coordinate operational teams is a key aspect of this role.
