With responsibility for around 10–12 stores, you'll have the time to build meaningful relationships with your Store Managers and teams, understand what makes each location unique and make a genuine difference to both your people and your business. We're looking for an experienced District Manager with experience in a similar multi-site leadership role, ideally bringing a blend of hospitality and coffee sector experience. Most importantly, you'll share our passion for developing people, creating exceptional customer experiences and leading with authenticity. As this is a hands-on leadership role, you'll need to live within 30 minutes of your nearest store. This role covers our Southwest district in the Southwest/Cornwall area and the stores are:

Plymouth
Truro CX
Truro High St
Plymouth DTU
