Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and team management. Your leadership will inspire creativity, ensure exceptional food quality, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our culinary offerings and create memorable experiences for our guests through innovative cuisine and efficient kitchen management.

Duties

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded
Manage food preparation activities, including planning menus, developing recipes, and coordinating daily operations
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
Train and mentor team members in culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service skills
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize kitchen efficiency
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen setting, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management skills
Solid understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Previous kitchen experience with a focus on food production and restaurant operations
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and front-of-house teams
