Wiring Assembly Operator

Join our client during this exciting period of growth! They are looking for experienced Wiring and Cable Harness Assembly Operators to become a vital part of their expanding team.

About the Role

As a Wiring Assembly Operator, you will:

Manufacture cable harness assemblies and electro-mechanical products using technical drawings, schematic diagrams, customer specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
Utilize a variety of skills and techniques to produce high-quality products for industries such as aerospace, motorsport, power generation, and more.
Adhere to company standards and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in the wiring and cable harness assembly industry or similar fields.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
A team player with excellent manual dexterity, visual acuity, and attention to detail.
A trade test will be completed at the interview stage so core skills are required for this role.
