Full job description

The Belgrave Hotel is a well-established, family-run hotel overlooking South Beach and Caldey Island. With over 50 years of history, we pride ourselves on delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a high standard of service that consistently exceeds our guests’ expectations.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable individual to join our team in a dual Reception and Bar role.

Shifts to be discussed at interview

Pay & Benefits

£13.55 per hour (regardless of age)
3% employer pension contribution (NEST)
Time and a half pay on Bank Holidays

About the Role

This is a varied role combining front-of-house reception duties with bar service. You’ll be the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay.

What We’re Looking For

Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
Reliable and able to work weekends consistently
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be over 18 (due to bar work)
Must have own transport due to shift times and location

Previous experience in reception or bar work is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided.
