Full job description

John O’Conner Pest Control are looking for a pest control technician with a great work ethic and wants to join a very friendly and successful team.

Location - Covering Kent areas

Up to £29,494 depending on experience per annum + Overtime/Commission (Travel times are paid)

Driving License - essential

RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management Certificate - essential

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out surveys to identify pests, the extent of the infestation, and potential entry points
Developing and safely implementing treatment plans based on the unique needs of each site
Communicating with clients about the pest control process, preventive measures, and maintenance to ensure a pest-free environment
Maintaining accurate records of services provided, including the types of pests, treatment methods, and any follow-up recommendations
Following safety protocols and regulations, ensuring the responsible use of pesticides and chemicals.

Skills and qualifications:

Willingness to learn and continuously develop
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Valid driver's licence
Must undergo DBS check.
