Job Title – Reablement Assistant, Wokingham £28,264.11

Short-Term Assessment and Reablement Team (START) is an intermediate care service providing short-term interventions of up to 6 weeks, to promote independence to the people we support in their own homes across Wokingham.

This is a busy service, focused on providing timely rehabilitation goals to achieve maximum independence for the individual using a therapy-based approach.

If you are thinking to choose this career as a new career or have experience of working as a Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or have worked in Domiciliary Care, and are looking to make a difference in our community, we would love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate your values which should match with Optalis core values.

This role requires flexibility as you will be working weekdays and evenings and weekends. You must also be able to travel around Wokingham Borough and have your own transport available at all times. You will also be required to hold business car insurance.
