Sales Representative – Engine Rebuilding Specialist
We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Representative to join our busy engine rebuilding garage. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly engine rebuilding, machining, and related mechanical services. This is not a general sales role we are looking for someone who can confidently discuss technical engine issues with customers, identify their requirements, and recommend the most suitable rebuilding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Promote and sell our engine rebuilding, machining, and related workshop services.
* Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.
* Provide technical advice to customers based on their engine rebuilding requirements.
* Work closely with workshop staff to ensure customer expectations are met.
* Identify new business opportunities with garages, fleet operators, agricultural, commercial, and industrial customers.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. ### Requirements
* Proven experience in automotive sales or engine rebuilding services.
* Excellent knowledge of engine rebuilding, engine components, and mechanical systems is essential.
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
* Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Full driving licence preferred. ### What We Offer

Pay: £24,420.00-£36,000.00 per year
