Role: Enquiries Administrator
Location: Nettleham, Lincoln
Salary: £28,686.74 per annum
Hours: 40 hour per week
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

About the role

Are you a people person with an exceptional telephone manner? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, patient driven environment? We’re looking for a confident Enquiries Administrator to become the friendly professional voice of ADHD360.

What You’ll Do

First point of contact handling incoming calls, with warmth, clarity and efficiency
Respond to emails, live chats
Liaise with the clinical team to help with patient enquires maintaining a calm, patient focused approach

What You’ll Bring

Experience in a call centre o9r high volume enquiries environment
A natural communicator with excellent listening skills
Comfortable juggling multiple enquiry channels
Proactive, organised and able to work on your own initiative, yet be a key part of a successful team
Friendly, professional and committed to delivering a great service
