Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Property Maintenance Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties. This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills while providing exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with repairs across various building systems. Your proactive approach and leadership qualities will help maintain a high standard of property condition and tenant satisfaction.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks
Operate tools and equipment such as gardening equipment, hand tools etc
Assist with installing, repairing, and or replacing.
Communicate effectively with guests, and team members to coordinate maintenance activities and provide excellent customer service
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and inspections performed for accountability and future reference
