Full job description

Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hourJob Description:Axcess Employment are looking for a driving Labourer for ongoing commercial refurbishment work in Torbay.Please note: Applicants for this role must:

Over 25 years of age or over (for insurance purposes).
Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

We are looking for reliable individual with a positive, can-do attitude who can work professionally as part of a team.Job Duties

General labouring duties on a commercial refurbishment site.
Assisting tradespeople with construction tasks.
Using a company van Moving equipment, tools, and materials around as requested.
Preparing and maintaining work areas and equipment as required.
Following all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card.
Own PPE, including RPE.
Previous labouring or construction experience.
Good work ethic and a reliable attitude.

Pay Rates

PAYE: £13.50 per hour, plus holiday pay.
Self-Employed: £16.00 per hour.
