Full job description

The Role
The Brand & Creative Manager will be responsible for the visual identity, creative output and brand consistency across The DEN Nursery Group, DEN Training and Your Heart Scan.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing (Group), you will ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the values, personality and positioning of each brand. From websites and social media to nursery launches, advertising campaigns and printed materials, you will play a key role in shaping how our businesses are seen and experienced.

You will be responsible for maintaining brand standards, developing creative concepts and producing high-quality design work, while supporting wider marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives across all three businesses. Working closely with the Content Manager and Group Marketing Executive, you will ensure creative assets are delivered on time, on brand and to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the visual identity of The DEN Nursery Group, DEN Training and Your Heart Scan, ensuring consistency across all brands.
Design high-quality marketing materials for print and digital, including social media, websites, advertising, brochures, presentations and promotional campaigns.
Develop creative concepts that bring campaigns, new nursery launches and business initiatives to life.
Create engaging digital assets for websites, email marketing and online advertising, while supporting website design and user experience.
Lead the visual direction of photography and video content, supporting content capture across our nurseries, training events and healthcare services.
Work collaboratively with the Content Manager and Marketing Executive to deliver creative campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Maintain brand guidelines, creative asset libraries and quality standards across all marketing activity.
Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and AI tools, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to strengthen our brands.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded designer who has:

At least 5 years' experience in graphic design, branding or creative marketing.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercial design across digital and print.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), with experience using Canva.
A strong understanding of branding, visual identity and creating engaging marketing assets for websites, social media and campaigns.
Excellent layout, typography and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality work.
A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
A creative mindset, bringing fresh ideas, embracing new technologies and exploring AI tools to enhance design and productivity.

It would be great if you also have:

Experience working across multiple brands.
Experience in childcare, education, healthcare or another service-based industry.
Video editing or motion graphics experience.
