The opportunity

We’re looking for a professional, customer-focused individual to welcome students, staff and visitors to Chelsea College of Arts. You’ll have strong administrative skills and support front-of-house operations to provide a comprehensive reception service that supports the College's identity and mission. As the first point of contact, you’ll source and provide information to a range of enquirers via email, phone and in person, as well as routine administrative support to support the colleges Building Operations team.

This is a 6-month fixed-term post. The role will require occasional travel between Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon (CCW) sites and may require flexible working in the evenings and weekends.

Your profile

We’re looking for somebody with excellent administrative skills, strong communication and organisation skills and a strong desire to work in a busy, customer-facing environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for a busy reception and should be a good team player who is able to remain calm and professional during busy times.

Previous experience of working within a front-facing, busy office environment is essential, together with a good knowledge of IT software packages and administrative processes.
