Duties

Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
Offer expert hair styling advice and recommend suitable products or techniques to enhance client satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use
Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication, attentive listening, and personalized service
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and best practices in barbering to deliver modern styles
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe environment for clients and staff

Qualifications

Proven experience as a professional barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styles
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds
Proficient in hair styling, cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques
Strong communication skills in English to clearly understand client needs and explain services effectively
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of current grooming trends and product recommendations
Valid barbering license or certification as required by local regulations
