Job Title: Optical Practice Manager

Location: Dudley

Salary: Up to £29,000 (dependent on experience) + Performance-Based Bonus.

Candidates must have experience within the profession

About Us: Join our dynamic optical practice, dedicated to providing exceptional eye care and eyewear solutions to our community. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are looking for a passionate Optical Practice Manager to help us grow and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

NHS Submissions: Manage and oversee the NHS submission processes, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.
Practice Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the practice, enhancing patient engagement and increasing service offerings.
KPI Management: Monitor and analyze store KPIs to drive performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
Stock and Supplier Management: Oversee inventory control, including stock ordering and supplier negotiations to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
Process Management: Develop and refine practice processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance patient experience.
Staff Management: Lead and manage the practice team, providing support and guidance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Rota Management: Create and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every patient has a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in optical practice management or a related field.
Strong understanding of NHS processes and submissions.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Experience in stock management and supplier negotiations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage staff effectively and create efficient rotas.
