Supervisor / Team Leader

Location: Fun City, St James's Road, Dudley

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: General Manager

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment?

Fun City is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor / Team Leader to help lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support the day-to-day running of our busy entertainment venue.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their management career within a growing leisure and hospitality business.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and support the team during daily operations.
Supervise shifts and ensure excellent customer service standards.
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance.
Support rota planning and day-to-day staffing requirements.
Ensure health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies are followed.
Resolve customer queries professionally and confidently.
Help drive sales, events, and promotional activities.
Take responsibility as Duty Manager when required.

What We're Looking For

At least 1-2 years' experience in a Supervisor, Team Leader, is desirable .
A positive attitude with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Experience within hospitality, leisure, retail, entertainment, or food & beverage is desirable.
