Job Summary

As a Senior Stylist, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional services, and ensuring our clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your passion for style, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding customer service will inspire both colleagues and clients alike. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills while fostering a welcoming environment that celebrates individual beauty and self-expression.

Responsibilities

Provide expert hair services to clients, ensuring high-quality results tailored to their preferences.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience that encourages client loyalty.
Mentor and support junior stylists by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth within the team.
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Upsell retail products and additional services in a friendly manner to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, and organization of workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with management on store operations, inventory management, and promotional events to drive business success.
Run your own column to suit your own business hours and days

Skills

level 3 hairdressing desired, level 2 considered:
