Full job description

At Grampian, we strive to place people at the centre of everything we do; improving work and the workplace for everyone. An exciting opportunity exists for someone with a passion, flair and innovation for compliance and administration working within the Asset Management (Compliance Team).

The post holder will provide essential administrative, data, and coordination support to the Compliance function and wider Asset Management Team. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate compliance records, supporting contractor liaison, and contributing to regulatory reporting such as SHQS and the Annual Return on the Charter (ARC).

The successful candidate should be educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent, with strong administrative skills, good attention to detail, and confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office. Experience working in a structured, process driven environment is essential.

We are looking for a friendly, values-driven, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to fill the post of Compliance Administrator, supporting the delivery of statutory compliance and resident safety across our housing stock.

Location: Grampian Housing Association, Aberdeen Office.

Salary: £31,618 to £32,276. Appointment will be at the lower point, with progression to the upper point subject to satisfactory completion of 12 months’ service and effective from the next annual pay review date (1st April).

Contract Type: Fixed Term for 12 Months with the potential to be made permanent.
