Full job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an organised and creative Expo & Events Assistant to support our expos, events, and day-to-day operations. This role combines event support, administrative duties, email management, operation and general assistance. . Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, remote working, and occasional on-site event involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and delivery of expos and events
Provide on-site event support (set-up, registration, attendee support)
Manage professional emails and administrative tasks
Communicate with exhibitors, vendors, and partners
Content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
Capture photos and videos at events for social media use
Support pre- and post-event promotion

Requirements:

Experience in events, administration, or social media preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using email, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
Basic content creation skills (Canva or similar tools desirable)
Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask
Willing to attend Bristol office weekly and travel occasionally within the UK

Hours:

Part-Time: 10–25 hours per week
Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week
Flexible freelance hours with increased availability during events

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Freelance

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
