About Us
Explorers Day Nursery is a purpose-built, welcoming, and nurturing setting conveniently located just off the M271 in Nursling, making it ideal for those living locally or commuting to Southampton and surrounding areas.

We provide a high-quality early years environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and learn through play. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, happy place where children feel confident to try new things, build friendships, and enjoy every moment of their nursery day.

The Role
We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team. You’ll work hands-on with our children, supporting their development, encouraging their imagination, and helping them discover the joy of learning.

Hours: Full-time or part-time (2–3 full days per week)
Pattern: All-year-round (term-time positions not available)

Has a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in early years care and education.
