Overview

Shifts are Monday - Friday 18.00 – 20.00

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong drive to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in a modern office building. This role requires effective communication skills in English and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors, as well as clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures.
Dispose of rubbish and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
A proactive approach with a strong drive to complete tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
