PLEASE READ: YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A VEHICLE BUYER IN A PREVIOUS DEALERSHIP FOR A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

Job Brief / Responsibilities

Your predominant role will be to purchase used motor vehicles. You must be familiar with platforms such as Motorway, Car Wow and other auction sites
You must have an insatiable hunger to build long-standing relationships and value your ‘word’ above all else
Ideally have knowledge of performance vehicles and generally a ‘petrolhead’ who loves cars
Target driven and a ‘proactive attitude’. We don’t wait until the phone rings to buy a car, we proactively search for the best stock until we find what we want
At least 5 year’s experience in the motor trade as a buyer
Full UK driving licence

Hours

5 days a week 9am – 5pm
You must be flexible with your hours including weekends. This is a commission based role so must be willing to work flexible hours to ‘get the deal done’

Salary

Base salary dependent on experience. Up to £23k base
£70k OTE (inc. base salary) is very achievable in your first year

Development

We’re an independent dealership so you will have a lot more responsibility compared to larger franchise dealers. As we grow, you will also grow and there is uncapped potential in the future

Requirements

Having the right attitude and work ethic is more important than experience for us as we can teach you the skills but we can’t teach you the right attitude and mindset.
