We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

As our Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Protection Advisors and ensuring our clients receive a seamless experience. This role focuses on the operational and compliance side of the business, ensuring that all documentation, policies, and client communications are handled accurately and efficiently.

You’ll also contribute to client retention by conducting follow-up calls, walking clients through welcome pack documents, and helping them understand their insurance packages. This is a vital role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys structure, and thrives in a detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support Protection Advisors with administrative and compliance tasks.
Liaise with insurance providers, clients, and surgeries to maintain clear communication channels.
Assist with client retention by conducting Welcome Pack reviews and booking follow-up appointments.
Guide clients through completing internal and trust documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails.
Handle appointment scheduling, diary management, and call filtering.
Support with managing client claims and policy updates (cover reduction, reinstatement, etc.).
Ensure all client and policy documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.
A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
Experienced in administrative or compliance roles (insurance or financial services experience is an advantage).
Proficient with Google sheets and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
Driven by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring positive client experiences.
