Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Lettings & Property team member to join us on a part time basis with option for extra hours. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about property, highly organised, and eager to grow with the company. We pride ourselves on delivering professional, reliable, and customer-focused service to landlords and tenants alike. Must have full driver's licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day lettings and property management activities.
Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Conducting property viewings and inspections.
Handling tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation.
Maintaining accurate property records, using company systems.
Responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Supporting the smooth running of the lettings and management portfolio.

Skills

. Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.

. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.

. Strong computer literacy (email, property management software, social media and general office tools).

. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

. A passionate and proactive attitude towards the role.

. Ability to work independently and manage work workload effectively.
