Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our brand. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring a positive outcome.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.

Skills

Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Proven experience in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Hours

37.5 hours over 5 days (Monday - Sunday)
Bank holidays / overtime available
