Full job description

Join us to be apart of a new location for Backflip Gymnastics!

We are looking to hire a strong Gymnastics Coach to support the current team.

Contracted Hours;

Monday 15:40 - 19:45 (Subject to Change)

Tuesday 15:40 - 18:45

Wednesday 15:40 - 19:45

Saturday 08:25 - 13:00

These hours are fixed and are not subject to change. We will be expanding our timetable and will have opportunities to increase hours.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement gymnastics training programs for children from a pre-school age
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques, form, and safety measures
- Plan and lead gymnastics classes that follow certain skills
- Assess performance and provide feedback for improvement should parents request.
- Motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential
- Create a positive and supportive training environment
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules and activities
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe training area

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety protocols (Training will be provided)
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate young children
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and staff
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with young children
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to meet the needs of individual athletes
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Pay: £13.00-£16.50 per hour
