What You’ll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives to deliver top-tier landscape upkeep across a range of commercial and residential sites.

Your day-to-day will include:

Hands-on grounds maintenance – mowing, pruning, herbicide application, and more
Leading and motivating your team to meet deadlines and high standards
Planning job schedules and allocating daily tasks
Overseeing the quality and efficiency of all work on site
Solving on-site operational issues as they arise
Implementing Health & Safety best practices (ISO9001 & ISO14001 awareness)
Constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and standards

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
CSCS card
Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable:

NPTC PA1 & PA6 spraying licence
SSSTS
