ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Customer Service & Logistics Co-ordinator for the Out of Home route to market you will be responsible for the smooth processing of customer orders and related activities to ensure On-time In-full delivery of products. You’ll effectively & efficiently manage related activities including stock allocation, returns, credit/debit creation as well as resolving customer complaints & queries.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Own daily customer service control for the Out of Home route to market, including order status, delivery risk, stock constraints and customer communication.
Provide a single point of contact for commercial, supply chain, operations and 3PL teams on service-related issues.
Proactively identify orders at risk of failure and coordinate recovery actions before they impact OTIF or availability.
Manage communication of shortages, delivery delays, substitutions, allocations and recovery plans in a timely and consistent way.
Track recurring 3PL operational failures, including picking, dispatch, stock accuracy, delivery compliance and proof-of-delivery issues.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for service failures, with clear ownership and follow-up.
Closely manage problematic stock actions and required operational rework.

Experience of working in customer service & logistics role in a fast paced environment
Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly & effectively across all levels and influence key stakeholders internally & externally
Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinating issue management with other departments
Ability to manage and maintain accurate master data (e.g., customer information, cost to serve, 3PL master data) within ERP (Ideally SAP4 HANA)
Experience of working in accordance with standard operating procedures
