We’re expanding our team and looking for ambitious, outgoing people to join us as Entry Level Sales Assistants!

If you’re energetic, enjoy meeting new people and want a role where you can learn, develop and actually progress, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You don’t need previous sales experience. We’re passionate about developing people from the ground up and provide full training, hands-on experience, mentorship and ongoing support to help you build your confidence and progress within the business.

About the role:

This isn’t a desk-bound sales job. You’ll be working face-to-face with customers and businesses across exciting events, promotional campaigns and B2B environments.

Every day is different, and you’ll be surrounded by a motivated team in a fun, fast-paced environment where there’s plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

You’ll get the chance to:

Develop your sales, communication and negotiation skills
Work directly with customers and businesses

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting day-to-day business activities
Working directly with customers and clients
Developing strong communication and interpersonal skills
Supporting sales and customer acquisition activities
Working towards individual and team goals
Learning how teams are organised and managed
Supporting and training new team members as you develop
Building your understanding of leadership and business operations

As you gain experience, you'll be given opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop your management skills.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-facing environment can be beneficial, but isn't essential.

Training & Development

Full training is provided from the beginning of the role.

You'll receive practical, hands-on training alongside regular coaching and mentoring to help you develop your confidence, communication skills and understanding of the business.

As you progress, you'll gain further experience in areas such as:

Performance management
Client relationships
Business operations

Progression is based on your performance, development and ability to take on greater responsibility.
