Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa are looking for a Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist to join their team on a flexible part-time contract on 6 hour shifts.

Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist - About you

Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent spa qualification is essential
Therapist experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel would be desirable
Passionate about hospitality and delivering the best possible service
Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Responsibilities of the Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist

To be knowledgeable on all facilities, products, and treatments offered within our stunning spa
Provide exceptional treatments to all guests and members ensuring their wellbeing and comfort at all times
Ensuring all treatments are relaxing, therapeutic and educative
Continuously provide and exceed Chewton Glen’s 5 star standards
Effortlessly build rapport with guests, members helping them feel relaxed and pampered
To ensure discretion, respect and confidentiality are adhered to at all times
To work within the time guidelines of each treatment ensuring that the highest standard of guest care is observed
Confidently upsell products during treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge
