Step into Magnet as a Design Sales Assistant and help bring dream kitchens to life.

As a Design Sales Assistant in our Bristol Cribbs Causeway showroom, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable customer experience-from the moment our customers walk into the showroom. You’ll take time to understand customer needs and guide them through our stunning showroom, demonstrating Magnet’s products and services.

If you’re customer-focused, happy working within a sales environment and eager to learn, we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating a warm welcome for all customers visiting the showroom
Inspiring customers as a result of excellent product knowledge
Book and manage customer appointments
Support Kitchen Sales Designers through the full customer journey
Identify opportunities to contribute to store sales targets

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, is key to supporting our customers and providing the best experience
