Registered Manager- Children's Residential

Location: Sudbury

Salary: up to £50,000 (+£5k Welcome Bonus)

Bonus: 21% Annual Bonus

Keys are recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Sudbury at our 4 bed home. Pump Farm has a brilliant reputation with Ofsted, having "Outstanding" two years in a row.

Our home and team specialises in supporting children who have Mental Health needs, as well as, Children who may need support their identity and gender. The team at Pump Farm, have fantastic knowledge on how to run an inclusive and diverse home, as well as supporting neurodiverse young people and colleagues.

You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and a regional clinical team that operates under a trauma-informed model of care. You’ll be supported by your own Psychologist and Therapist specific to your home and region.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a therapeutic & trauma informed children's home.
Building and developing a high-performing care team.
Delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
Driving excellence in safeguarding, quality and compliance.
Creating a positive, child-centred and inclusive culture.
Managing operational performance, budgets and service development.
Coaching and developing future leaders within the team.
Working with closely with central teams such as Clinical and Specialist Advisors

What you'll bring to the role:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a supervisory role within Children's Residential
Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People
Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
Experience of budgets and financial management.
Full driving licence is essential.
