Job Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Pool Attendant, where your energy and guest-focused attitude will create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help guests have memorable experiences while feeling secure and cared for during their time at our facility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience at the pool area
Monitor pool activities continuously to uphold safety standards and enforce pool rules
Maintain cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas to ensure a pristine environment
Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing helpful information about facilities and safety procedures
Conduct routine safety checks of the pool area, including inspecting equipment and ensuring compliance with health regulations
Support emergency procedures by acting swiftly in case of accidents or incidents, including administering basic first aid if required

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse guest populations
Bilingual skills can enhance communication with international visitors and improve overall guest satisfaction
Experience working in a similar hospitality environment is advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
