Full job description

· Preparing/drafting of correspondence and legal documentation.

· Communication with other representatives and solicitors.

· Supporting the Conveyancers with the running of their caseloads.

· Customer updates – dealing with clients in person, taking instructions, advising and following up appropriately.

· Accessing and submitting documentation via online legal portals.

· File opening/closing - Generation of suitable client care correspondence.

Ensuring all case files are to the firm' standards.

· Data entry.

· Call handling; Internal & External.

· General administrative duties.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £23,132.20-£24,000.00 per year
