Full job description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

Duties

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
Respond to telephone, walk-in and email enquiries
Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post
Manage reception area and look after visitors
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Company's ERP system ProgressPlus and other software
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
Organise travel: flights, taxis, accommodation for staff and customers as required
Update Company's website and social media profiles as required.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (desirable)
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail
