Full job description

About us

Ateres is a high school in Felling. We provide a very friendly and warm environment for staff and pupils.

Responsibilities:

To manage and maintain the school premises to ensure that they are clean, secure, safe and well maintained.
Locking and unlocking the buildings, as required.
Assisting users with setting up facilities such as chairs, tables etc.
Ongoing repair and odd job work as necessary
Small plumbing jobs
Supervision of some maintenance contractors on site as directed.
Receipt and distribution of any ordered goods, materials and equipment for the School, checking delivery
Perform general caretaking duties, including cleaning and maintaining the premises
Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
Restocking supplies
Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personne

Experience:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
