Salary £27,000

We are looking to recruit a full-time Administrator/Data Entry Clerk to work in our sales office in Eastwood, Nottingham.

The Key Role

Required to provide reliable, accurate day-to-day administrative support.

Answer incoming telephone calls and assist with their enquiry accordingly.

You will support the sales and renewals team in the administration of insurance policies.

Data Entry of commissions received

Data Entry of renewal premiums

Handle and distribute the central email inbox.

Calling providers to request information on existing policies

General Admin Duties

Updating our in house CRM system, ensuring that all paperwork is entered correctly.

Office Based

Ideal Candidate will:-

At least 1 year of working within an Administration

Good working knowledge of microsoft excel/word

Self-Motivated Personality - Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm

Competent communication skills with people

Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers

Ability to follow process with strong attention to detail

Be respectful to others - Customers, Colleagues, Managers, Directors

Excellent time management and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach

We work with Mortgage Brokers, Financial Advisors, Estate Agents and many more where buildings & contents insurance is not the core of their business. They refer their clients to us so that they can concentrate on other areas of their businesses.

We are now stronger than ever and have built our client bank up considerably.

We have a bespoke CRM system which is fully automated.

Working hours

(Mon-Friday)

08.30am – 5.00pm
