About the Role

We are looking for a confident, bubbly and highly motivated Sales Receptionist to work across our two East London dental practices (4–5 days per week).

This is a sales-driven reception role where your ability to build rapport, convert enquiries and help patients start treatment is just as important as delivering excellent customer service.

SALES IS THE MAIN FOCUS OF THIS ROLE AT THE FRONT DESK

Upsell suitable treatments and encourage patients to proceed with treatment.
Explain finance options confidently and manage finance applications.
Maximise every patient interaction and identify treatment opportunities.
Work closely with clinicians to help patients accept treatment plans.
Be motivated by targets, bonuses and delivering results.
Convert telephone enquires into booked appointments

Reception & Administration

Manage daily appointment books across both practices.
Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer calls, emails and patient enquiries.
Book recalls, hygiene appointments and follow-up visits.
Support the team with general administrative duties.
Understanding Dentally Software.
Tabeo Finance Portal.
Tracking Lab work for Dentists, ensuring it is back in time.

Salary & Incentives

Starting salary: £13.00+ per hour depending on experience.
Salary reviewed after successfully passing a 9-month probation period.
Incentives are negotiable for candidates who can demonstrate excellent sales performance and front desk upselling.
£5 bonus for every new hygiene appointment booked.
Example: Book 100 hygiene appointments in one month = £500 bonus.

Working Hours - (32-40 Hours a week across 2 sites where needed)!

E1 Dental (Whitechapel)
Monday–Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm

E12 Dental (Manor Park)
Monday: 2:00pm–8:00pm
Tuesday: 9:30am–8:00pm
Wednesday: 2:00pm–6:00pm
Thursday: 11:00am–8:00pm
Friday: 2:00pm–8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am–8:00pm

Weekend Availability
Weekend working is not essential but would be advantageous. If you work a weekend day, you will receive a day off during the week.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
