Full job description

Oblige IT is actively looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX – Dynamics 365 F&O to join our large Microsoft Dynamics practice. As a member of the professional services team, you will work closely and effectively with our customers, reviewing their business processes, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions, and advising them on best practices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Would be a Code enthusiastic or a software programmer interested in ERP (d365 & others), having exposure in Morph X or X++

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

3 – 4 years of experience showing a progression from development level to technical architecture level
2 plus years of development experience using Morph X, X++
Experience in integration with third-party applications using AIF and .Net Business Connector
Should be able to estimate, design, customize and develop customer-specific requirements
Experienced in development in AX 4.0 and AX 2009, AX 2012, Dynamics 365 for Operations
Should have good knowledge on D365 FO concepts Extensions, COC, Integrations using OData/Logic Apps
Work closely with the Functional Consultants in the design of MS Dynamics AX technical solutions
Experience with upgrades
Experience with Life Cycle Services (LCS) is highly preferred
Experience with System Administration and Security Roles is required
Involved in taking requirements from the business leaders and provide software solutions.
Proactively communicate collaborate with customers to analyze and gather their business needs.
Ensures that high-quality documentation is developed, managed, and stored per established project standards
Adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies
Preparation of Technical Design Documents
Able to guide a group of junior developers

Required Skills:

Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations
Minimum 2-3years’ experience designing and developing extensions/customizations for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
Experience in the design and implementation of system integration to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
Experience of Microsoft Common Data Service and the Microsoft Power Platform would be an advantage
Possess sound consulting skills with 1 – 2 years of client-facing experience with an implementation partner
Strong technical requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience
Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology
Excellent presentation skills with outstanding written and verbal English
Results-oriented and self-motivated to deliver with excellence
Client-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for learning and development
Strong time management skills
