About Us

AV Synergy is a growing company providing professional audio-visual solutions to our clients. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our busy team and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The Role

As our Office Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the office and wider team. This is a varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and checking deliveries.
Recording and tracking product serial numbers.
Inputting sales invoices accurately into our systems.
Banking and reconciling daily receipts.
Entering and maintaining sales data.
General data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy office.
Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries.
Filing, scanning, and organising office documentation.
Supporting colleagues with tasks as required.
Helping maintain an organised and efficient office environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Accurate data entry skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous office administration experience is desirable but not essential.
