Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries, processing data entry tasks, and supporting upselling initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. Experience within the glazing industry is useful but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analysis abilities, and a professional phone etiquette. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service expertise within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone or email
Accurately perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details.
Utilise effective communication skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to maximise sales potential.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to analyse information effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services in a courteous manner.
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
