Quality Controller & Diary Manager

Salary: £35,000 per annum + Commission & Performance Bonus

Location: Fibre Telecoms UK

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build your career in the telecoms industry? Fibre Telecoms UK is looking for an experienced Quality Controller & Diary Manager to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our sales operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality across our telemarketing and business telecoms teams.

As our business continues to grow, you'll have genuine opportunities for career progression in a supportive and fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate sales consultants' diaries, ensuring appointments are accurately scheduled and updated.
Liaise with the Telemarketing Manager to communicate completed deals and appointment updates.
Ensure appointments are planned efficiently, allowing appropriate travel time between meetings.
Monitor and assess telemarketing calls to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Provide feedback to help maintain excellent customer service and compliance.
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Quality Control department.
Cold calling if time allows.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year's telecoms industry experience.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
Strong attention to detail.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of telecoms sales processes.
Experience in quality control or call monitoring.
