Sales Admin — Heritage Window Restoration

Self-Employed | Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire & Somerset

The Opportunity

HRG Services restores and refurbishes period sash and casement windows on beautiful, historic properties. We're looking for a driven Sales Surveyor to join our growing team to carry out surveys, prepare estimates, and follow up to close sales.

Part-time: 3 - 4 Days
* 1-2 days surveying clients
* 1-2 days remote admin.
Scope to grow to 4 days as the role develops.

Hours: 9–5

Own vehicle needed initially — travel expenses paid. Opportunity to move onto a company van as the role grows.

What You'll Do

Visit properties, survey, and advise clients
Prepare estimates and follow up to close the sale
Keep the CRM updated
Daily updates in the company chat
Join a short weekly Zoom check-in with the Director

What You Need

Strong background in sales
Self-motivated
Strong communicator, professional and friendly
Keen eye for detail — accurate emails, estimates, follow-ups, and system notes are important
Own vehicle
Based in or near Dorset

What You Get

Self-employed role with a remote admin day built in. Some flexibility as to working days.
Start on a trial rate while you learn the ropes, moving up to an agreed rate once you're confident running surveys on your own
Product training and ongoing support
Travel expenses paid, with a company van on offer as you grow into the role

Schedule

Part-time (3 days/week) 9–5
No weekends
Room to grow to 4 days as the role develops

Right to work in the UK required.

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bournemouth (Dorset)
