Sales Admin — Heritage Window Restoration

The Opportunity
HRG Services restores and refurbishes period sash and casement windows on beautiful, historic properties. We're looking for a driven Sales Surveyor to join our growing team to carry out surveys, prepare estimates, and follow up to close sales.
Part-time: 3 - 4 Days
* 1-2 days surveying clients
* 1-2 days remote admin.
Scope to grow to 4 days as the role develops.
Hours: 9–5
Own vehicle needed initially — travel expenses paid. Opportunity to move onto a company van as the role grows.
What You'll Do
- Visit properties, survey, and advise clients
- Prepare estimates and follow up to close the sale
- Keep the CRM updated
- Daily updates in the company chat
- Join a short weekly Zoom check-in with the Director
What You Need
- Strong background in sales
- Self-motivated
- Strong communicator, professional and friendly
- Keen eye for detail — accurate emails, estimates, follow-ups, and system notes are important
- Own vehicle
- Based in or near Dorset

- Start on a trial rate while you learn the ropes, moving up to an agreed rate once you're confident running surveys on your own

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
