Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Senior Accounts Administrator to work on a part-time basis, between 18 to 20 hours per week (flexible upon discussion). This is an interesting and varied role with hands-on responsibility of co-ordinating the accounts function for our business. The ideal candidate will be competent in their accounting skills; in using Sage accounting software and accurate with figure work.

Responsibilities

Sales Ledger
Purchase Ledger
Payroll (ideal but not necessary)
Credit Control
Bank reconciliation
Submitting VAT return through Sage MTD for VAT
Organise the Company Account Year End and review of archive storage and disposal of old accounts etc.
During period of holiday/absence coverage is to be given in other areas of Accounts and Reception.
